Information on the processing of user data who consult the Company's websites

in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation"), this page describes the methods of processing personal data of users who consult the websites of DiscoRocks (hereinafter "DiscoRocks" or the "Company") accessible electronically at the following addresses:

This information does not apply to other websites, pages, or online services that can be accessed via hyperlinks which may be published on the websites but refer to external resources outside the domain of the Company.

Following the consultation of the aforementioned websites, data relating to identified or identifiable individuals may be processed. Legal basis of the processing

The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Company for the purpose of illustrating its activities and promoting the same, as well as providing the users with free access to the websites themselves and the utilities they are intended for.

Types of processing and purposes of processing

Navigation data

During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the aforementioned websites acquire certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. This data, necessary for the use of web services, is also processed for the purpose of: obtaining statistical information about the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.); checking the correct functioning of the services offered. Navigation data is not kept for more than seven days and is deleted immediately after aggregation (except in the case of any need for investigations by the judicial authorities).

Data provided by the user

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the Company's contact addresses, as well as the completion and submission of forms possibly present on the websites, involve the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary for responding, as well as all personal data included in the communications.

Cookies and other tracking systems

No profiling cookies are used to track or profile users. Tracking cookies are completely anonymized and do not collect any personal information about the users. Session cookies (non-persistent) are used solely for the secure and efficient navigation of the websites. The storage of session cookies on terminals or browsers is under the control of the user, while on the servers, at the end of HTTP sessions, information related to cookies remains recorded in the service logs, with storage times not exceeding seven days, like other navigation data.

Recipients of the data

At present, there are no recipients of the data collected following the consultation of the aforementioned websites. In the event that such categories of subjects are identified in the future, they will be designated by the Company, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, as Data Processors. The personal data collected are also processed by the Company's staff, who act on specific instructions provided in relation to the purposes and methods of the processing.

Rights of the data subjects

Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Company, where applicable, access to personal data, as well as rectification or erasure of such data or the restriction of processing concerning them, or to object to processing (Articles 15ff. of the Regulation). Right to lodge a complaint Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data concerning them carried out through the aforementioned websites violates the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
